HOW ABOUT MENTAL HEALTH AND FAMILY RELATIONS IN PANDEMIC?

EYFJEFbWAAEXqHc.png

As young people, we lose our minds every day because we are always at home, we cannot go out, we cannot meet with our friends, we are completely excluded from social life due to covid-19. The idea of going shopping is very different for us now because we can't do anything because of the coronavirus. That's why we lose our minds, we get depressed, we are more aggressive or angry at everything. So what happened to those married in the pandemic? The answer to this question is simple because they divorced but not all because they were always at home and worried about our future with the people in relation to the economy, most importantly, they get stressed out because they worry about the world, they get depressed and much more aggressive and angry and that's why they got into a fight with their partner because they were mentally exhausted and they divorced.

Unsurprisingly, the pandemic has triggered a wave of mental health issues. Whether it’s managing addictiondepressionsocial isolation or just the general stress that’s resulted from COVID-19, we’re all feeling it.

It seems to especially be hitting younger people. Of those surveyed, 55% reported experiencing mental health issues since the onset of the pandemic, including 74% of respondents in the 18-to-34-year-old age range. Many are also feeling overwhelmed by the constant, sometimes shifting and conflicting flow of information around the virus and the pandemic. Overall, 41% of those surveyed claimed that they were so overwhelmed by COVID-19 news and information that they weren’t paying attention.

Of those respondents, four of the most common issues were:

  • Stress (33% overall; 42% of 18-to-34-year-olds)

  • Anxiety (30% overall; 40% of 18-to-34-year-olds)

  • Depression (24% overall; 31% of 18-to-34-year-olds)

  • Loneliness or isolation (24% overall; 31% of 18-to-34-year-olds)

Some of us gained weight, our sleep pattern was disturbed, our eating pattern was disturbed, we became lazy, we ate while lying in bed and watched TV series all day, everything started to go online, our lessons, our work, our shopping and more. This makes our unhealthy but we can change this unhealthy lifestyle. we can do sport in house for our health like do yoga or some body exercise movements for getting more healthy. We should be avoided from fast-food we can cook healthy food in our own kitchen this is very important for human health because this fast-food is not good for us this makes us get fat.

STUDENTS AND EDUCATION

Schools and courses were closed due to the coronavirus, they all switched to online education, and students now have more difficulty understanding the lessons and it is very tiring to constantly watch the screen, which creates difficult times in education. Many students have difficulties in lessons due to Internet connection problems, school system problems, or computer problems.

WORKPERSON

This corona affected people working very differently, for example, healthcare workers had to work harder than ever because hospitals were more crowded than ever, those with desk jobs started working in the home office. Many people were dismissed and unemployed because the places with crowded employees such as factories, cafes, shops, restaurants were closed.
